# Overview

Conso Points record your contributions across Conso. They are built on two layers: Balance and Energy.

**Conso Points** are Conso’s native points system designed to measure participation and reward meaningful activity across the product. Instead of treating points as a single number, Conso Points are structured in two layers:

* **Balance** — your accumulated value record
* **Energy** — your activity fuel that powers earning and participation

This structure makes the system more sustainable: users can stay active, progress fairly, and avoid “one-time farming” dynamics.
