# Energy

Energy is your activity fuel. It paces earning, supports game loops, and helps keep rewards fair and sustainable.

**Energy** represents your current capacity to participate and earn through Conso’s activity loops. It’s designed to reward real usage while preventing short-term exploitation.

If Balance is your long-term record, Energy is your “daily fuel”.

<mark style="background-color:$primary;">**What Energy is**</mark>

* A fuel layer that powers earning and participation
* Designed for pacing and fairness
* Typically changes more frequently than Balance

Energy helps Conso answer: “How much can you earn right now, based on real activity?”

<mark style="background-color:$primary;">**What Energy is used for**</mark>

* Pacing rewards (so earning scales with genuine usage)
* Challenge loops (check-ins, streaks, boxes, missions)
* Anti-abuse controls (reducing “farm and exit” behavior)

<mark style="background-color:$primary;">**How Energy works (high-level)**</mark>

1. You perform valid actions (read, engage, use tools, use Mini Apps, etc.)
2. You earn Energy or maintain Energy through consistent activity
3. Energy enables additional earning or conversions
4. Some experiences may convert Energy → Balance through structured mechanics

> Exact rules may vary by version and program.

<mark style="background-color:$primary;">**Energy behavior and expectations**</mark>

***Energy is designed to move***

Unlike Balance, Energy is expected to change often:

* it may regenerate over time
* it may cap at a maximum
* it may decay or pause after inactivity (depending on program rules)

***Energy supports “fairness”***

Energy exists to keep the system healthy:

* active users can progress consistently
* one-time farmers can’t extract disproportionate value
* long-running loops remain sustainable

**Notes**

* Some programs may place regional or eligibility restrictions on earning or converting Energy.
* Conso may adjust Energy rules as anti-abuse logic evolves.

#### FAQ

<details>

<summary><mark style="color:$info;">Why does Conso Points need Energy at all?</mark></summary>

Because a points system without pacing becomes easy to exploit and hard to sustain.

</details>

<details>

<summary><mark style="color:$info;">Is Energy the same as “daily points”?</mark></summary>

Not exactly. Energy is fuel that powers earning and conversions; it’s not always the final accumulated record.

</details>

<details>

<summary><mark style="color:$info;">Can I convert Energy into Balance?</mark></summary>

Some experiences may allow conversion through game mechanics (e.g., boxes or missions). Availability depends on the current program design.
