# Copy of Conso PASS ID(s)

Your Conso identity IDs created from your Telegram accounts—used for support, eligibility, and account-level state.

Conso is Telegram-first. When you log into Conso with a Telegram account, Conso generates a PASS ID for that account. If you use multiple Telegram accounts, you will naturally have multiple PASS IDs—that’s why this page is titled “PASS ID(s)”.

<mark style="background-color:$primary;">**What a PASS ID is**</mark>

A PASS ID is the user-facing identity identifier inside Conso. It is:

* Unique per Telegram account
* Stable for that Telegram account over time
* The primary identifier Conso uses when referencing your identity in support or certain flows

<mark style="background-color:$primary;">**Why you may have multiple PASS IDs**</mark>

You may see more than one PASS ID if you:

* Log in with multiple Telegram accounts on the same device
* Switch Telegram accounts during migration/iteration
* Lose access to an old Telegram account and start using a new one

This is expected behavior in a Telegram-first product.

<mark style="background-color:$primary;">**What PASS ID is used for**</mark>

* Identify you during support / feedback
* Track account-level eligibility for certain beta features or programs
* Associate account-level state (e.g., access status, rewards state) with the correct Telegram identity

<mark style="background-color:$primary;">**What PASS ID is not**</mark>

* Not your Telegram username
* Not a wallet address
* Not a separate “Conso account” login
* Not designed to be edited or renamed

<mark style="background-color:$primary;">**When multiple PASS IDs happen**</mark>

Common reasons include:

* You logged into Conso with more than one Telegram account
* You switched Telegram accounts during product iterations
* You lost access to an old Telegram account and started using a new one

If you want these identities and assets to become recoverable and portable across accounts, that’s where Conso PASSPORT comes in.

**Notes**

Because PASS IDs are tied to Telegram accounts, losing a Telegram account may also mean losing access to the PASS ID created from it. If you need recovery and portability across multiple PASS IDs, that is what Conso PASSPORT is for.
