# Conso PASS ID

PASS ID is your unique Conso identity, generated from your Telegram account. You’ll use it for support, verification, and certain in-app actions.

Conso does not require a separate username/password account to get started. Instead, Conso creates a PASS ID for each user based on their Telegram identity. Think of PASS ID as your “Conso handle” for anything that needs a stable identifier inside Conso.

#### **What PASS ID is**

* A unique identifier created when you log into Conso with Telegram
* One-to-one mapped to a Telegram account (Telegram ID → PASS ID)
* Used to represent you across Conso features and services

#### **What PASS ID is used for**

<details>

<summary><mark style="color:$primary;">Support and user feedback</mark></summary>

When you report issues or submit feedback, PASS ID helps the team locate:

* your account context in Conso
* relevant logs/events (when applicable)
* feature eligibility or access states

</details>

<details>

In some flows where an identifier is required (for example, certain transfer or account actions), PASS ID can be used to reduce ambiguity and avoid mistakes.

Some beta features, access rules, or reward-related logic may rely on PASS ID to confirm:

* whether a user is eligible
* whether an action is linked to the correct Conso identity

</details>

{% hint style="info" %}
**What PASS ID is not**

* It is not your Telegram username
* It is not a wallet address
* It is not a public social profile by default
* It is not a replacement for Telegram login
  {% endhint %}

#### <mark style="color:$info;">Important notes</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">**PASS ID depends on your Telegram account**</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">Because PASS ID is derived from your Telegram identity, losing access to your Telegram account can also mean losing access to the PASS ID associated with it.</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">**Multiple Telegram accounts = multiple PASS IDs**</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">If you use multiple Telegram accounts (different Telegram IDs), each one will generate a separate PASS ID in Conso.</mark>
{% endhint %}
